1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Hashmi Business Consultant LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Hashmi Business Consultant provides business consultancy, company formation, Ejari registration, trade license renewal, PRO services, visa processing, government approvals, labor registration, and related services in the United Arab Emirates. All services are subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your information
• Pay agreed fees on time as per the service agreement
• Comply with all UAE laws and regulations applicable to your business
• Not engage us for any unlawful or fraudulent activity

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upon before commencement of any service. Government fees, third-party charges, and courier costs are in addition to our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. All fees are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and the stage of service completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hashmi Business Consultant acts as a facilitator between clients and UAE government authorities. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in government policy that are beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and documents are treated with strict confidentiality. We will not share your information with any third party except as required to complete the agreed services or as required by UAE law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Hashmi Business Consultant LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
